Health and wellness come from the inside out and the body is a complex machine and when we fuel it with proper foods at optimal times, we are rewarded with vitality and the highest abilities of physical  performance.

Not only do we move better but what we eat can make us actually want to be more physically active. 

While most diets do temporarily work if followed many dieters fail to follow them for more than a few weeks and almost no one follows them after a few years. This leads to the yo-yo effect and struggles of many who have lost or gained and ended up back where they started or even worse!

Have you had a similar experience? , after all that hard effort your back to where you started after a brief break of structure. Its not your fault - after looking at the research almost no one follows a diet after 3 years ( with most don’t lasting less than 3 weeks). We are not designed to limit calories when they are in abundance around us, instead we need to learn how to like what is actually right for us.

The traditional diet restricting or adding calorie , points and macros works but only for so long, in the end we never fix the problem and our biology will always win in the end unless… We work with our biology, we change our genes by eating the right way and “fix” our metabolism to the way we would like it to work. 

I have a saying, “calorie counting is a band-aide for eating the wrong foods”.  And this is where my coaching is different. My diet coaching is educational and for that reason the results are lasting. For most clients there is no counting calories or labor intensive meal prep. Instead you will learn how to eat for your ideal version of your body with the logistics of your lifestyle. This is the answer for life long success of body weight and change in muscle mass. Every case is different but this consultation has proven to be so effective, it is usually all I do for most people’s diet needs. 

All consultations come with a bi-weekly check in. The majority of people I have helped, found the material in this first meeting to be life changing for their health and effective at keeping their lifestyle on the right track.
All Diet Consultations come with 1 follow up session and recap notes / sample menu.
 This one time fee covers both an in person or mobile 1hr consultation and 1hr follow up.
During this meeting we will address your current diet as it relates to your health and fitness goals. It includes customized literature on how to eat, we will work together and create your own  meal plan template .

Together we construct a diet plan that is realistic, and will logistically work with your current schedule and food preferences. I will go over the logistics of eating with you including answering the #1 questions “ What should I eat”. As well as provide additional reading material to  help you always make the best decisions on the go (restaurants, bars, dinners, work lunches, ect.)Gluten free expert, vegan & kosher friendly. Once purchased I will reach out within 24hours to schedule your consultation.
